Hello all, I will have to deposit $10,000.00 into an escrow account with the title company and I was wondering, what should I get as prove stating that I have done so? Thanks, Tim :-)
A reciept is a good start. Also you want an escrow agreement. States under what terms and conditions the escrow can be released. The title company will know how to do this or get an attny.
