Have read both of Conti and Finkles books and found them to be motivational and detailed, however be prepared to spend thousands for any specific tools (contracts, techniques etc.)A better choice for the beginner is Jeff Beaubien's lease option course and workbook for about $147.00 on his website. It includes the contracts and detailed instructions without attempting to sell you peripherals for thousands of dollars. Conit and Finkel charge a hefty sum for a relatively simple system. I would reccomend thier books though for a good overview of purchase option investing.
