Hi,
I have an idea and would like to get a feel for the demand of such services.
I'm thinking of developing a website that contains properties with deliquent taxes, offsite ownership, and BRT information for the Philadelphia area. As a package, this information will also include contact info for offsite owners. Since this information changes on a daily basis, the information on the website will be refreshed monthly.
Is this something I can charge a monthly subscription for or can I contact these owners myself and then forward the leads to investors for a flat fee.
