Profit?

In my market the houses goes for 300,000 and up so how much profit should i leave for my end buyer if im wholesaling the deal?

    Most investors, I think you'll find, don't want to pay more than 60% of ARV.

    So basically you are saying leave 40% profit for the investor. I was thinking leaving 30% profit but i guess now im going to go for 40%...

    I think it's misleading to say 40% or 30% across the board. Percentage depends on many different factors, such as the type of market, the details of the deal, price, etc.

    If it's a seller's market, and properties are easy to sell, and there is minimal work involved, obviously the investor will consider smaller discount.
