Probate Questions From A Newbie...

Are there any REIs out there successfully dealing in probate? If so, where do you find the deals? Where would a rookie start? Went to a Jim Banks "pre-seminar" last night, which piqued my interest, but not my wallet. Any advice would be appreciated.

    I focus primarily on probates and abandoned properties. Have been doing this for about a year. I have not secured a deal yet -- learning a lot. I go down to the county courthouse about once a month.
    I use probate teaching materials by Scott Rister, and also Gary DiGrazia. However, this is a less traveled road and many opportunies abound here.
