What do you think about focusing on out of town owners for wholesaling? Going down to the courthouse and compiling a list of names of out of town owners and targeting them? I would like input on the idea.
Good idea Abbyllord. You might want to look through the recent divorce files as well. Sometimes the ex-husband and wife just want to get rid of the house. Contacting the cities code violation department is another.
