Question #1 What exact WORDS would you use to ask for a 30 day OPTION on a house? And what WORDS would you use request the right to ASSIGN the contract? All my love and appreciation, Barry

    For assigning just put yuor name and or assigns for the buyer name. 30 day option?

    look for an option contract on http://www.uslegalforms.com. have a lywer look over it b4 you use it
