Occupied Uglies
I've been told that vacant uglies are the best bets, but not always necessary. If I find an incredibly run down house that's actually occupied, it feels like a bad idea to approach the seller.
Has anyone ever tried, or would the best move be to leave a flyer of some sort in his mail box and hope he calls?
