Do you mean you need a lender to send your buyer to?????

Because the lender will only care about the buyer and a clear title, not the owner length of ownership.

Of course if it is a problem with seasoning, you could lease option it or something and wait out the seasoning period.

I never have a seasoning problem when I sell a property....only when I refinance. Tell the lender to go to Entrust Mortgage. After purchasing a property and doing a 5 day marathon rehab, I refinanced at 70k over what I bought it for 5 days prior. The only requirement was that I had to have two appraisals.....If you lender doesn't know or can't go to Entrust, e-mail me (see my profile) and I can help point you in the right direction.
