No Comps? Help
How do I figure what an ARV will be with no comps? There is a service I use for comps that is quite in depth and a hefty price, but I get no results for comps.
There is a deal I really would like to try to move on if it turns out to be a good one - but I need to know an ARV first!

Not meaning to be a smart a**, but maybe you could borrow, rent or buy a 2nd vehicle to put an eyeball on the house before you go further.
After all, CONDITION and neighborhood are very important factors in determining value.
