Next Step In Offer To Purchase Deal
hello all ,do you have to go through a broker ,and do you know any broker, agent, etc..that takes -offer to purchase w/ assignments clause. need steps 1. offer to purchase w/assignment clause (get it under contract) 2. find a buyer (what contract do i use) to give to the buyer to lock him. 3. now whats next 8-/ [ Edited by starterneedhelp on Date 06/16/2005 ]
