Newbie
I am a newbie still trying to make my first deal. I have found a great abandoned house. I looked up its taxes and it gave the name and then said DECD. Im guessing, but does this mean deceased? If so how do i find out who currently owns the house. How can i get a contract on this one. Any help would be appreciated.
I found out that the husband is dead and the wife is still alive. I checked the deed record and the last was 11/04 and it is now in the husband and wifes name. But the deed was transferred alot. I checked the county treasurer and i found out who the taxpayers are. Its not the person on the deed. I ran a reverse address, phone and ran the names but i cant find any info on them. What do i do now?
Send them a letter asking about the home.
