Newbie To Real Estate Investing Seeking Answers
Hello everyone,
I am a current graduate from college, and for the last few months I have been interested in investing in real estate investing (particularly wholesaling). I have been reading books, special reports, articles, and forums and have a few questions of my own:
1. Do you need to set up a business entity (LLC for example) before you do any deals?
2. What are the proper forms that you need to use for wholesaling real estate?
Those are the main questions that I have as of now, with plenty more to come.
