NEW YORK MARKET CONDITIONS FOR INVESTORS?
Hello i am new to REI. I live in New York i am very curious about how succsessful others have been in my area? Also is there one source of distressed properties which works best in new york? REO / Pre-Forclosure / Auction / Etc? Any input from some one who lives or invests in the new york (5 boro) area would be great! Thank You!
