How much time do you have to do the research? Single family homes are the best way to start but condos have less headaches. Get more experience before tackling multi units or commercial.
Also know a good title company they can work wonders clearing the mine field.

    Hello,
I suggest birddogging to begin you new career. This will give you insight on how to work deals, and also tune yourself up for finding those deals.

Find out what you want to do and then study it. Your education is the most important thing.

    Agreed.

And, consider wholesaling instead of bird dogging. Ad a couple more details to the bird dogger's job description and make much more money. If you do your homework on the property and negotiate the contract instead of just handing it over to another investor, it pays very well.

    hope this helps,
