New Agent Needs Help
im a new agent whos interested in providing creative ways for my clients to get into their homes & investment properties. Are there any agents out there that can help me in (1) how to start up a healthy agent/investor relationship (2) knowing how to look @ a listing off mls and tell whether or not it will qualify for a good agent/inevestor (win/win) transaction....i mean expired listings & FSBOs. Any advice would be greatly helpful.
Go to every investor meeting yuo can, you can locate groups by going to the groups section of thsi website.

Your first step as a licensed agent would be to discuss your business direction with your broker; to be sure he or she will approve your direction for creativeness.
