Need Someone To Finance End User On A Double Close
i negotiated a short pay of 23k from 81k. property is in land trust with trustee deed that i have. the renters will buy the home for 81k they have 600 scores. repair cost 10k i am having problems flipping this even though the previous owner paid 77k in dec of 2002. any advice thanks. :-S

Is their lender having a problem because its a flip?
