I think people are tired of repeating themselves not to mention we are able to do alot of the learning on our own on this site ! I have been learning alot already (information overload) lol. I am in the same position you are and thought I would atleast respond to our post. Good luck !!

also try to go to local RE association clubs and look for investors to bird-dog for. That usually can get you started on your way.
