Need Investor ! - Bird Dog With Some RE/Mortgage Exp.
Hi, my name is Rand and I live in So. Oregon. I would like to hook up w/ a mentor- investor to work with. I haven't worked in RE for about 6yrs. but previously I had my RE licence in Ca. and also worked within the mortage field for about 4yrs. I can offer some experience to someone interested and also hope to gain experience working for you.
P.S. The RE values climb each yr. because of Calif. retirees moving here every yr.
