Need Help....
I am new to this whole investing thing. I was planning on starting out flipping properties. I have read many articles on it and listened to many tapes. It seems to easy. From what I have read and listened to it pretty much seems like I just need to find a "good deal" and write up a contract, then "flip" the property. I was wondering if anyone could help elaborate on this.
