Hello All Investors,

I've heard many good things about site from a buddy of mine. Well, i'm so impressed by the infos and the way you're exchanging the knowledges and experiences in here. However, please forgive me by not understanding the languages you guys speaking. I have a few questions:

What are the best courses of studying about RE? i mean of Residential and Comercial as well. Which courses would you guys recommend for studying about the pre-forclosure and forclosure properties?

By the way, what is L/O? and what is ARV?

Thanks in advance. Your time is greatly appreciated. Have a great day!!! grin :-? :-?

L/O is Lease Option; and ARV is After Repair Value. (Used when rehabbing homes to determine what value will be when reselling).

    Good Luck to you!

Read "Are you dumb enough to be rich," by G. William Barnett. Excellent book that will give a solid foundation to begin. A good glossary in the back too. In the back of the book there are some suggested readings as well. No one book or course can teach you everthing. Don't believe them if they say they can give you the world in a day. Read as much as you can, then join an investors club in your area. I cannot stress this enough. Meeting people in this field will help you find things you did not know you needed. Did I mention read as much as you can smile Education = Success REI
