Need HELP!! How to locate sellers thru MLS for inve
How can you find motivated sellers that have fixer-uppers or foreclosure thru MLS? Does any bd utilize this system to find leads for their investors? If so, how do you search for sellers? looking for sub2 and flippers for investors.
Hi real estate agents have access to the MLS public records section the owner' name, mailing address, if its owner occupied or not, sometimes even their phone numbers. Surprisingly a homeowner is still difficult to locate, they are often times ashamed to admit they are indeed the homeowner in financial trouble. Im from NY and RE prices continue to soar out here, most of the homeowners put their houses up for sale for three times the foreclosed amount and sadly for me that is not an exageration. It's almost impossible to be a creative investor in New York. It seems that the homeowners are the most creative investors, these last three years. I hope I help others with this input.
