Trying to do first deal!!! Tired of reading books and reading forums! I want to flip a property. I would like to acompany someone that knows their "stuff" on a deal and in exchange I will repairs and even pay cash in exhange for some of their knowledge on the subject....I have no ties and can relocate..PLEASE!!!
Welcome to the real world - no one will ever share their bread and butter. tough luck--you will have to try it on you own and get advice through the forum. But if you find someone who will handguide you in doing you first deal, then nominate him for the nobel prize.

Get the phone ringing or start making calls to FSBO's...... Offers have to be made..... I use bandit signs, post cards and HIGH COST ANTS to locate deals....
But offers have to be made to generate deals, It's a numbers game....
