Need Advice On Potential Deal

mwm12 profile photo

I am located in chicago and I am trying
to wholesale a property in Indiana to a buyer which is
also located in Chicago.

I am trying to see if this is done the same way as if
the property was in Chicago even though it is in
Indiana.

In New York it is legal to do a double closing, there is not anything illegal about this. I can give you the name of an attorney in New York who does this.

Just realize that "assigning" a contract does nothing with the seasoning. Only changes to the deed affect seasoning.
