My first Sub-To Deal
Thursday nite I bought my first Sub-To deal, what a rush! My husband, Bill, and I completed $Cash$ Sub-To Seminar just 2 weeks ago.
Many thanks to $Cash$ for a great course and to Johnlv for your time showing us the ropes at the County Records and your help on any questions we had.
Now we're on to step 2...selling...stay tuned.

No one could be more pleased that you got your first Subject To deal.
I know you have been trying for quite awhile with other methods. I knew deep down that after the workshop you were determined to apply what you were taught and make that first deal.
As you said to me, we are going dump the 'Information Overload' and concentrate only on what we learn in this workshop. You did exactly what you said you would do.
The first one is the tough one the rest of them will fall into place.
