Hey all you awesome bird-dogs!!!
I am buried in emails and on the road with a defunct laptop. Please be patient and I will get to each of you great eager people with answers. Know what??? You have got to get some basic training in bird-dogging before we talk----either go thru the archives here or get John$CASH$Locke's book and read it 2x OR better yet do both!!!
I will walk thru each step in my system but you gotta have some idea of what a bird-dog does.
There are 32 bird-dog/finders around the country who want to work---at least the ones that have contacted me so far!!!
Bill & Margaret in Las Vegas went out IN 24 HRS after getting the criteria and got a deal and HAVE $1000 coming to them in 45 days---imagine that!!!! They hadn't even done this before---IMAGINE THAT!!!
WOW! They said they're going to go find another---maybe they'll make 2-3K their 1st month!!!

Sorry for being one of those people burying you in email... actually there are like 4 of us sharing what we learn about your system, and we still have question, and we have all read Johns book several times.
Some of the probelm is caused by the fact that john talks about every investor having their own style and needs - we are just trying to figure yours out.
And when working with BDs from TCI, you have people with no confidence, and hardly any experience... when you are working with 38, you get a lot of guestions.
I am not trying to be difficult in any way, just trying to learn. I have no doubt I will do good at this.

HEY - one thing that may help save you some time is to get with Joel and see if he can open the chat room one night and schedule a chat with all of us... so you only have to say things once, and we can ask questions...just an idea

Yeah you are right when I get back I'll get an AWESOME system in place-----3 props in since just over 72 hrs ago-----this is COOL.
