Does anyone have any information on the techniques of Marc-Stephan Garrison of "National Association of Real Estate Investors"? I am curious to identify what he has to offer from a mentoring standpoint. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance,

What Garrison offers is way over priced and not much help. I was on one of his buying tours and I lost of lot of money! When I asked Garrison for advice after the tour, instead of giving me any help himself, he told me to call one of his new students! And that guy never returned my call or e-mail. One of the mentors won't give you a definitive answer and the other is just about impossible to get ahold of. And both will lead you to believe that everything will be great on the tour. Wrong!

Most of the people on the tour were very displeased with the whole thing. In fact it was so bad that some are convinced it was a scam.

Marc Garrison conducts buying tours in which he charges $8000. He selects cities based on research regarding demographics for the best city for real estate investments. He utilizes the Garrsion Cycle to determine where the market is in the cycle to know when to enter and exit a market. He claims that 80% of the cost of his course is for research his staff conducts for the best cities.

He is supposed to provide buying tour members with his research. I attended a buying tour and the research is not provided. Does he actually perform the research? The properties he had local real estate agents show were not of the quality that the buying tours members where interested in. He should have had a commercial broker involved.

Plus, he was not available for most the buying tour. His claims of personally assisting 800 people become millionaires seems dubious. His buying tour program is a complete fraud in which he takes advantage of people, both experienced and inexperienced real estate investors.

He does not follow up on a single promise made. Avoid Marc Garrison's buying tours!!!

I just returned from a tour. It was great. All of the promises made by Marc and his team were delivered. I bought multiple SFRs that all cash flow.

Hmmm, I'd be interested in seeing a post from MSG himself.
