Making Offer To Landlord?
I'm currently renting and house hunting. One option I'm considering is to make an offer to my landlord. Has anyone had experience with this? What do you think?

If you like the house you are renting, do
make an offer to your land lord for Option to buy or outright sale, depending on your situation. I have a few properties and I would be happy to do that. In fact I have already done it in a couple of cases.
You seem to be on right track because the rent payment goes down the drain .
