Making An Offer

I ahve a deal I can flip or to create a small positive cash flow.

Please help, do you have to have cash to make an offer or can you postpone the offer amout until the closing date?

I know that the offer could be any amount just to lock in the deal, but I am not totally sure how to pursue this please help!!!!!

    answer...no you don't have to have cash..but you have to have a plan prior to investing for it to be successful.
    What are you trying to do?

    Hi,

    Thanks for your reply, my goal is to make an offer at a lower prize and flip it to generate income. Also the property is presently rented and for some one in a better situation than mine can acquire the property and creat a positive cash flow.

    By the way can you please explain how can this be accomplish as I am seing the property today and I am worry of how to present this to the agent. Please reply ASAP.
