How do I obtain finances to purchase a . . . 5 to 6 family brownstone Location: Brooklyn NY price range: $449K to $600K Background . . . . I recently purchased a single family home for $403K (June 2004) in which I currently live. So there is not much equity yet. I am itching to purchase another property for investment purposes and have been seeing these opportunities pop up. There has to be a way that I can obtain some type of financing to make this happen. Any suggestions? :-x

Um... If you are strapped for cash, you should probably try and acquire a property subject to its existing mortgage.
If you linger here long enough you will find out every thing that you need to know about the niche.
