Looking For Wholesalers In NYC- Bronx Or Yonkers
I am looking to purchase a 3 family house in the bronx or Yonkers from a wholesaler in the next two months. I respect folks from this cite as i have gotten solid advice in the future. It is funny, I like being a landlord and I want to get more properties to hold.

I made this investor quite some money...
If you have your co set up this way that is good. Since you are taxed as an S-Corp, you are able to pay yourself a dividend and the other classified as regular salary. The dividend is not taxed for self employment tax (FICO), so that is where you save on taxes.
I am not a CPA but I have talked to many about similar situations, and I am set up this way as well.

Been awhile since I posted..
The deal was a nice wholesale deal and the investor had a 300k equity position.
Check was good and was deposited 3 days after. Since then I have been working on 4 other wholesale deals with about 20k in each...Hope they go through.

Look in the Yellow Pages under attorneys. find those that specialize in probate.
executors and personal representative can not sell estates real properties you must have conservatorship to convey real property in probate. just correcting someone info that was given to you incorrectly
