Looking For Mentor In Ahwatukee/Phoenix,Az Will Share Profits
I live in the Ahwatukee area in Az and I am new to this whole real estate investing thing. I was wanting to find a mentor, somebody to take me under their wing I guess you could say and show me the ropes and how to be sucessful. I would be happy to birddog and share 10% of my first 5 deals. I am looking for someone who is sucessfully making money and knows what they are doing. Anyone willing to help out a newbie??
