Looking For Financial partner for Real estate
I am looking for someone to sort of have on stand by just in case i need to come up with closing cost money or small down payments. This may be considered "flipping" or turning around and reselling the properties very fast but either way greats profits i expect. I will be buying properties using "No Money Down " techniques and very creative financing. The deal is i have no problem presenting the deal to my financial partner to see the amount we could make from the deal and split that 50/50. Sounds cool, but you would probably stir more interest if you let us know what part of the country you are from.
You should consider networking with local investors probably, because the ability to physically see the property and the deal would make it easier to get an investor to buy into it.
Have you considered bird-dogging? It is a great way to build knowledge, capital, and a group of investors who, when they know you, might be more likely to split deals you set-up.
