Looking For An Investor-Friendly Lender

I am looking for an investor-friendly lender that can do business in most of the 50 states on 90% LTV stated income. Most of the properties are new construction SFRs. Does anyone have any recommendations?

    whats the FICO?

    The FICO scores are 700 or above.
