LLC
Hi,
How do I create an LLC for the purchase of HUD property? I have found a property that I want to buy and then be able to sell right away.
I will also consider just bird dogging this one for anyone interested and save myself the LLC hassles. Outstanding profit potential.
LLC's can be set up online in your state. I had my CPA do mine only because it's a Blind LLC, meaning my name is no where in public record. check on line or talk with a local CPA. a real estate CPA would be better.

sorry, can't help you there. check out your local REI group and I'm sure you'll find one there. that's how I found mine.
