Line Of Credit
Does anyone know of any companies that may be able to assist in providing a line of credit to purchase propeties for cash to get deed in hand. My credit is good and i would like to begin to purchase rehabs!!!! Any help would be much appreciated!!!
You will have to have had a strong financial relationship with your financial institution to get what you are looking for or if you have a home you can use your equity in the form of a HELOC. If your credit is as strong as you say then a good mortgage broker should be able to offer you multiple invmnt programs.
