Stay away from the West End in Atlanta. To much fraud is going on there right now.
I live in north ga mountains and recommend investors here if there looking to rent or set on cabin while things are slow im actually a local builder who knows a lot a guys with specs setting. ***Do not post contact info!***& I also deal with land big tracts or view lots. they have come down unbleivable for our area while still higher than most. if your willing to hold own to something a couple of years i think they will be a real good profit margin[ Edited by ypochris on Date 12/17/2007 ]
