Licence Or Not?
I want to be a R.E. investor. I have decided to get my real estate licence first, because i would learn alot about buying and selling real estate. I think this would really help me in getting started in investing. Do you think this is a good idea, or am i just wasting my time? I have not purchased any properties yet, i have wanted to but i am afraid, i dont know enough about investing to start, i can not get out and do that first deal! The Fear Factor! So what do you all think?????
I think it's natural to be afraid. You are doing the best tht one can do. You are arming yourself with education! This website has so much information And when I joined for the first time last year, I was surprised at all the information that's availabe here. Also read some books and maybe invest in a course. Iinvested in Carelton Sheets. It's pretty informative but there is so much to learn about REI. You also at some point will have to focus in on what you would like to do. Flip houses, buy notes become a lanlord etc. In any event you are on th e right track anf you are not wasting your time. Good luck!
