Letter Of Direction
Can anyone help me with the wording to the title company(attorney) to disperse funds. I have an agreement with an owner that if I bring him a buyer that he would pay me a certain dollar amount. Well I have found a buyer that wants the house and we have also agreed on a price but since this person is going VA on this loan. I was advised not to use any assignment contracts and just do an agreement with owner and also a letter of direction to closing office.
