Lease 2 purchase option
Hello everyone My name is Eric Moody and i wanted to find out about leasing a home with the option to buy at the end.
I really want to buy a home but my credit right know is really terrible and im working on it. So my sister in law told me about leasing to own. Im moving to st.Louis and i wanted to know what would i have to do to find out who in the area is doing this. And after i get my self together i want to start real estate investing. Any help is greatly appreciated

In MI, there are many owners that sell on contract/trust deeds in which you may be able to suggest to them your own financing deal if they're not able to sell their home.
