when it comes to Wholesaling. I was listening to Alan Cogwill and he said something about it. I can see how the use of private money would work when it comes to rehabbing, but i' m having trouble understanding how Wholesalers could benefit from it.
Unless, it is simply used to make stronger offers on REOs.
