The way I found an investor friendly title/escrow company was by contacting my transactional funding company and asking them who they had done business with in my area, I got two great referrals and someone who knows what they are doing.
a lot of other investors recommend joining your local REIA and asking the experienced investors which title companies they use. Referrals are obviously the best way to go to save you time.

Try Old School Title..They are a national investor-friendly title company and I heard they were good... Good Luck!
I just checked the Old School Title Agency web site. They are only in 2 states, Florida and Ohio.

Those are just their offices. They will close a deal in any state.
