Investor Friendly Contracts

Kevo profile photo

Could someone send me a copy of a good investor friendly sales contract. I don't like using realtor contracts because they are to long. I want a contract that is more so in the interest of an investor. I would like to see some of the contracts that you all use. Something brief and to the point instead of a 8 page realtor contract. Your help would be greatly appreciated.[ Edited by Kevo on Date 11/20/2003 ]

Are you a buyer or a seller? Makes a difference in the contract.

I use a modifedd CCIM contract - sometimes- and in fact modify it for every use.

No one contract is good for all. Is it land? Mulit family? Single Faminly? Do you want to assign? You want to lock in the deal tight or be loose?
You may not like long contracts, by the way, but in my experience, the more details the contract has the less problems and things that are left open to interpretation.

    Kevo-

I am in the middle of redoing my contracts for easy flipping. See my post in this forum on Triple conveyance. According to my title guy, flips and assignments are going to get harder and harder to do. I will let you know what I find out.
