I have located a foreclosure property in a prime area of LA. Comps around $1 million, and tax valued at $839,000 a year ago. Opening bid of $230,000 at auction on 6/19. Would like to find a hard-money lender to assist with bidding. I have $75K on hand.[ Edited by kellyandsummer on Date 06/11/2003 ]
Hi Kelly and Summer. Have you looked in the Times for hard money lenders? They have the funds and if you can get it at a good loan to value ratio it will be very attractive to a hard money lender.
