How does an investment club work? Is anyone in one? If so, what has been your experience with it? Would you rather join one or find your own private lenders?

An investment club is so much more than a place to find financing. It is a place where people in the same business network. They share ideas and in many circumstances do business together in one way or another. They offer each other help finding things that you might not be able to find such as insurance, mortgage brokers, specialty items in areas that are not common. They share knowledge and they help each other succeed. It is certainly a HUGE asset, especially for the beginner. My suggestion would be to find the nearest investment club and join today! Don't wait, you might miss a very important meeting. Good Luck!

    Rich613,

Try the Groups icon on your TCI homepage. It will take to a list of states too include Jersey. You can investigate what's near you.
    Hope this helps!

I am a DIG member of two years now.
I think it is a wonderful networking opportunity there and they also offer quality classes and courses at an affordable price.
