Insurability Of Vacant Properties
Hi all, I am finding and attempting to place properties that my research deems as profitable under contract. Some of these properties are vacant/distressed/abandoned, with the intent to assign them to rehabbers. Do I have to ensure that the property is insurable, or is that the rehabbers responsibility?
