Illegal To Assign Or Otherwise Convey Option In GA?
Someone told me today that a law was just passed in Georgia saying that if anyone placed an option on a property and then did not buy it themselves that they were acting as a realtor and now illegally. Anybody else heard this? JohnCl

I have heard of no such law. If you represented/advised someone buying or selling an option on real estate, then you would need to be licensed.
