I Want To Make This Deal Happen, I Need Advises
OK, I want to flip / wholesale a property
This is the scenario
It is listed on the MLS for 100,000 and the house on the comps it values 120,000
I want to go with a broker agent to see the property and take my customers over there to see the property, but I do not want that they know the real price so I can sell it for 115,000 at least I posponed the appointment for tomorrow because the broker does not agree what I want to do, so please advises what options I have to make this deal happen, should I look for other broker ? what options can I do ? I do not want to buy it and resell it, is there any other options ?
can you tell me every option that I can do to make this deal happen ? thanks
Submit your purchase contract thropugh the broker with your name and / or assignee.
