Ok, was talking with an agent today and was checking on a property and I brought up the idea of needing to check for comps in the area of the home. With a couple clicks of a button she gave me 8 comps homes that sold within the last 6mos ...... Where can I get that program LOL I wants it... I needs it Ok, Im back, ... lost it for a sec there. But hey, that was cool, but the question is, can we have access to something like that without being an Agent????? MarkB

You want to pay for it right? You can have anything you want if you pay enough.

You can have info like that plus more like a directory that will give you current owner, recent sales, recent refi, phone numbers, tax address, renter or business phone numbers, do not call lists, etc...You can put it all on your laptop and cruise around looking up anything about any property you find.

Just do a search for Criss Cross Directories. Mine costs $1400/yr. with updates every quarter.

I think you can get a test drive for Realquest at their website. Give it a whirl...

Some real estate sites will give you basic info on recent sales. If you need any help with California I will help out.
