can anyone answer my question? anyway, if you can't, here's an easy one. The thing is I'm trying to buy a condo or townhouse and get someone to rent it at standard market price. Then I'm going to find investors to invest in the property and collect the rent. During the transaction i'm planning to make 10000-20000 profti. Is that possible?

ok so it's because you guys didn't understand. I'll make it clear. I want to buy properties at the lowest price possible, then possibly renovate it and resell it at a higher price. Seems simple enough, is there anything I should be aware of?
